Delivery of tools for monitoring and protection against cyber threats of the information system for the Marshal's Office of Wielkopolska Province in Poznań

Contractors who meet the conditions for participation in the procedure regarding: 1. Technical or professional ability (Article 112(2)(4) of the Public Procurement Law Act) may apply for this contract. The Contracting Authority shall consider the condition met if the contractor demonstrates that within the last 3 years prior to the deadline for submitting tenders, and if the period of business activity is shorter – within this period – they have duly performed, and in the case of recurring or continuous services are also performing, at least 2 deliveries with a value of not less than PLN 200,000.00 (two hundred thousand zlotys) gross each, consisting of the delivery of devices or SIEM-class IT system licenses. In order to confirm that the contractor meets the condition for participation in the procedure, before selecting the most advantageous tender, the Contracting Authority shall call upon the contractor whose tender was highest ranked to submit, within a designated time limit of not less than 10 days, subjective means of proof valid as of the date of submission, i.e.: • a list of deliveries performed, and in the case of recurring or continuous services also being performed, in the last 3 years, and if the period of business activity is shorter - in this period, including their value, subject matter, dates of execution, and entities for which the deliveries were performed or are being performed, along with attached evidence specifying whether these deliveries were performed or are being performed duly, where the evidence referred to consists of references or other documents issued by the entity for which the deliveries were performed, and in the case of recurring or continuous services are being performed, and if the contractor is unable to obtain these documents for reasons beyond their control – a declaration of the contractor; in the case of recurring or continuous services still being performed, references or other documents confirming their proper performance should be issued within the last 3 months, in accordance with the template made available to the highest-ranked contractor. The award of this contract may be requested by economic operators who fulfil the conditions for participation in the procedure concerning: 1. Technical or professional capacity (Article 112(2)(4) of the Pzp Act). The Contracting Authority shall consider the condition to be satisfied if the Contracting Authority demonstrates that during the last 3 years before the deadline for the submission of tenders, and if the duration of the activity is shorter, during that period, it has carried out duly, and in the case of recurrent or continuous benefits, it also performs at least 2 deliveries with a value of not less than PLN 50 000,00 (fifty thousand zlotys) gross, consisting in the supply of equipment or IT licence of the Threat Detection class The contracting authority shall, in order to confirm that the condition of participation in the procedure is met by the contractor, before the selection of the most favourable offer has been made, invite the contractor whose offer has been highestly assessed to submit, within a specified period of time, no less than 10 days up to the date of the submission of the personal evidence, i.e.: • the list of deliveries carried out and, in the case of repeated or continuous services, also during the last 3 years, and, if the period of business is shorter, including their value, the subject-matter, the dates of performance and the entities for which the supplies have been carried out or are carried out, and the addition of evidence indicating whether those supplies have been carried out or carried out duly, with the evidence referred to, references or other documents drawn up by the entity for which they have been carried out, and, in the case of repeated or continuous benefits, are carried out in accordance with the model made available to the contractor at the highest level.
