What the buyer wants
- The subject of the contract is the execution of supplies falling within the scope of the contract: ‘Digitalisation of the Bierunsko-Lędziński district and subordinate units’, in the field of geodetic systems. The purpose of the contract is to provide new ones and to increase the level of maturity of existing public e-services to the fifth level of maturity in order to improve and facilitate the implementation of surveying, construction and environmental protection tasks for citizens, entrepreneurs and other administrations.
- E-service on the fifth level of maturity will allow Applicants authorised by a national node, to make a fee using a payment broker and, in the event of a subsequent application, to automatically supplement the applicant’s data.
- As part of the subject-matter of the contract, the development (update) of the existing software in the Faculty of Geodesy and Real Estate Management of the Regional Old Town in Bierun was planned for new system modules, integration as well as the purchase of a software module that will increase the level of security of the provision of existing and new public e-services. Newly purchased modules will also serve the Department of Construction and Architecture, the Department of Environment and Agriculture.
- Scanning, calibrations, digitizations of measurement outlines and scanning, calibrations, digitizations of classification maps are planned as part of obtaining and sharing data from the Department of Geodesy and Real Estate Management.
- In addition, the project aims to improve the digital competences of employees associated with the services provided, including e-services.
- The place of realization of the subject of the order is the Regional Old Town in Bierun.
