Emergency call system based on DECT and redundant voice gateway

Entry in a professional or commercial register. Description: Indicate the register and commercial register number together with the register court or, insofar as there is no obligation to register because of the legal form, another corresponding proof. Selection mark: used for proficiency testing, not for selection.

General annual turnover. Description: Minimum annual turnover of 2,000,000 euros net on average for the last three completed financial years before the expiry of the application period. Minimum requirement, the non-compliance of which leads to exclusion.

Professional or company liability insurance. Description: Operational liability for activities covered by this contract with a coverage of at least 5,000,000 euros per claim, twice maximized in the insurance year. In case of non-achievement, the assurance of the insurer to provide the coverage in the case of a supplement within four weeks is sufficient. Minimum requirement.

References to comparable services. Description: Essential supplies and services for the last five years before the expiry of the application period. All references must be proven: two references to a person emergency signal system in accordance with DIN VDE V 0825-1 of comparable type, size and scope, a reference for connecting a voice gateway to a telecommunication system of another manufacturer, two references with a customer from the health care or a security device and a reference with a public customer in the sense of § 99 GWB. A single reference need not meet all characteristics simultaneously. Minimum requirement.

Certificates of independent bodies on quality assurance standards. Description: Certification according to ISO/IEC 27001 or VdS 10000 for an information security management system and certification according to ISO 9001. Alternatively, equivalent evidence. Minimum requirement.
