Extended support for HSM devices

1) The subject of the order is the delivery of extended support for HSM devices held for 36 months (from 20.10.2026 to 20.10.2029) Equipment subject to extension/license: (a) LUNA NETWORK HSM A700 – 2 pcs (b) Client Licences HSM7 – 4 pcs (c) Luna Backup HSM B700 – 1 pcs. 2) The scope of the order includes: reactions for events; 24h access to telephone support; 24h access to online support; 24h access to the knowledge base; free emergency replacement of equipment; free access to all update editions of basic layout software or applications supplied originally with equipment, as well as standalone software-based security products. 3) A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is given in Annex 2 to SWZ 4) Delivery time: 36 m (duration of extended support for the equipment held); 5) Delivery time: The Contractor will provide confirmation of the registration of technical support and confirmation of registration of the software subscription to the email address indicated by the Contracting Authority within 7 days from the date of conclusion of the contract. 6) Delivery address: University of Silesia, Toku Studies Information Service Department, ul. Bankowa 14, 40-007 Katowice 7) Maximum response time required for events: (a) critical – maximum 1 hour (b) high priority – maximum 4 hours (c) medium to low priority – maximum 8 hours (from 9:00 to 5:30, in accordance with the conditions for providing technical support to the equipment manufacturer). The contractor may shorten the response time for events of medium or low priority relative to the required time indicated above. An offer providing for a reduction in response time will receive points in the evaluation of tenders using the selection criterion of the most advantageous tender. 8. The detailed conditions for the performance of the contract and the conditions for payment shall include the model contract annexed to the WWZ. 9. The Contracting Authority shall require that the supply offered, including all ICT products, ICT services and ICT processes used for the performance of the contract, both as principal elements and components, elements of the service environment or accompanying solutions, does not include: (a) ICT products, ICT services or ICT processes identified in the recommendation referred to in Article 33(4) of the Law of 5 July 2018 on the National Cybersecurity System, stating their negative impact on the essential interest of the State security; (b) an ICT product of which the type is defined in the decision to recognise the supplier as a high risk provider referred to in Article 67b(15) of the Law of 5 July 2018 on the national cybersecurity system, or ICT services or ICT processes specified in that Decision. Failure to comply with this requirement will result in rejection of the tender, respectively, on the basis of Article 226(1), point 17 or point 19 of the Public Procurement Law.
