Extension of maintenance until the end of 2029

Proof of registration in the commercial register: Current extract from the commercial register or a copy thereof (the extract should not be older than three months at the time of the deadline) or a comparable document. Foreign tenderers can prove their registration in the respective professional or commercial register in their country of residence by submitting appropriate documents in accordance with local regulations.

Tenderers shall declare the turnover of the last three financial years completed.

Bidders must prove a professional/company liability insurance with a coverage amount per loss event of at least € 500,000.00 for personal injury and € 500,000.00 for property and property damage. The proof is provided by self-declaration in the suitability form as well as the presentation of an insurance proof issued by the insurer or a written declaration by the insurer that he is willing to conclude an insurance according to the notice in the case of an order. The proof or declaration must not be older than 12 months. Groupings of tenderers shall provide evidence or a declaration to that effect for the grouping or for each member of the grouping.

Indication of at least one reference comparable to this contract.

Language in which tenders and selection documents must be drawn up. The offer must be in all its components in German.

Company profile/presentation of the company The bidder must attach a company profile with the following information to the offer documents:

• Date of establishment
• Locations of the company
• Legal form of the company
• Registration court and registration number
• Sales tax identification number (VAT ID)
• Identification number (guideway ID)
• Classification as an SME
• Classification as a start-up
• Listed on the stock exchange
• Nationality of the beneficial owner of the company
• Description of the core business
