Company profile (short description of the company, history, portfolio, personnel structure)

Proof of registration in a professional or commercial register or comparable register

Declaration of total turnover and turnover in the field of activity of the contract within the last three financial years. --- The form in Appendix 09 shall be used. --- If, for a legitimate reason, you cannot provide sales figures for the last three financial years, please let us know about this in the form so that we can, if necessary, request the submission of other appropriate documents for an audit of economic and financial performance. --- Minimum requirement: --- The applicant must have achieved an average total annual turnover (gross) of at least €1,000,000 within the last three financial years. --- The applicant must have achieved an average annual turnover (gross) in the field of activity of the contract (in the business area of the company relevant to the contract) of at least € 700,000 within the last three financial years. --- The form in Appendix 09 shall be used.

Proof of an existing professional or company liability insurance covering the field of activity of the contract, or a declaration that, in the event of a contract, the contract is covered by such insurance and that it is maintained for the entire term of the contract.

Provide appropriate references on contracts previously performed, in the form of a list of the main services provided in the last three years, indicating the value, the date of delivery and the contracting authority or private entity. --- A reference is suitable if the services provided were comparable to those advertised here, i.e. in particular services in the areas of support and further development of a Moodle platform --- The form in Appendix 10 must be used for this purpose. --- Minimum requirements: --- At least 3 appropriate references must be provided. --- Work samples must be submitted for at least two references, insofar as the tenderer is entitled to such a submission. --- The following experience areas must be covered at least by the submitted references:

1. experience in the support and further development of Moodle platforms
2. handling of the necessary software products, setting up authorization concepts, etc.
3. implementation of version updates and upgrades of Moodle
4. Completion of adjustments via the Moodle-Backend
5. Knowledge of how virtual machines work
6. Contractors for public contractors or non-profit organizations
7. Contractors for projects in education and/or higher education
8. Management of an international e-learning project
9. Experience with training --- Areas 1. to 9. must be proven by references at least twice each (minimum requirement). A reference can be used to cover several areas.
