References: In order to demonstrate technical and professional capacity, the tenderer must submit at least two appropriate references in his tender. The submitted references must in their entirety meet the following minimum requirements R1 to R3. A reference may cover several minimum requirements. R1 – OpenStack and Yaook: Evidence of at least two relevant references on operational support and support of productive OpenStack environments.
At least one of these references must concern an OpenStack environment based on Yaook. R2 – Ceph: Proof of practical experience with Ceph as a productive storage platform of an OpenStack environment. In the case of open source or upstream activities, additional suitable evidence, in particular references to publicly accessible repositories, issues, reviews or documentation, may be required. For groupings of tenderers and in the case of a qualifying loan, the submitted references shall be considered as a whole.

Award criteria
The full criteria and their weights, as published in the notice.
- Simple benchmark method
Simple benchmark methodology The award criteria in this case are the price and the quality of the service. The details as well as the respective sub-criteria and minimum requirements result from the appendices Service description, appendices concepts and price sheets. The evaluation of the offers takes place according to the so-called simple indicative value method (UfAB 2018). According to the simple indicative value method, the characteristic value for the performance-price ratio (Z) is determined according to the following formula from the total price (P) and the performance point value (L): Z = L / P In this method, the variables of the aforementioned simple indicative value method thus have the following meaning: Z Additional/Evaluation number = performance-price ratio of the offer L (total) performance point value according to the evaluation matrix (i.e., overall result of the evaluation on the basis of the individual qualitative sub-criteria taking into account their respective weighting).
