What the buyer wants
The dynamic purchasing system is targeted at consulting and expert work of the municipal Tiera Oy (hereinafter "the Client ') and its owner-customers (hereinafter" the Order Organisation'). The dynamic purchasing system services of Microsoft 365, Information Security & Azure, Dynamics 365 and Power Platform include, for example, deployment, development and transformation projects, continuous maintenance of services and training services. The dynamic purchasing system is divided into five (5) different baskets. The baskets are as follows: - Basket 1 Modern Work - Basket 2 Security and Azure - Basket 3 Education Services - Basket 4 Microsoft Dynamics 365: CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and Power Platform - Basket 5 Microsoft Dynamics 365: ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) and Power Platform (implementation related to ERP) The bidder may apply to the baskets of his choice from 1 to 5. The aim of the acquisition is to obtain a high-quality and cost-competitive Microsoft consulting and expert service for Tialule and Contracting Organisations. After the start-up phase, the Client will mini-compete one or more partners in each basket, from which a significant proportion of the purchases will be made throughout the dynamic purchasing system. In addition to services, mini-tenders may include a limited supply supply, such as software required for the use of the service. A small amount here represents a maximum of 20% of the total value of a single tender.

Lot 1Kori 2 Tietoturva ja Azure
Tietoturva- ja Azure -asiantuntijapalvelut koostuvat esimerkiksi käyttöönotoista, ylläpidosta, jatkuvista palveluista ja muutoshankkeisiin tehtävästä kehitystyöstä. Kumppaneilta edellytetään vahvaa osaamista Microsoft 365-ympäristöistä julkiselta sektorilta. Tietoturva ja Azure -koriin kuuluvat esimerkiksi seuraavat osa-alueet: • Tietoturvakartoitus • Azure AD – ehdollinen pääsy ja monivaihetunnistautuminen • Tiedon suojaus ja luokittelu • Tietoturvalliset työtilat • Microsoft 365 E5 security • Moderni laitehallinta • Käyttäjä, identiteetin, päätelaitteen ja sähköpostin suojaus • Ennaltaehkäisevä tietoturva • Valvonta, hallinta, raportointi tietoturvauhista • Azure kapasiteettipalvelut • Datamigraatiot Tilaaja voi hankkia minikilpailutusten perusteella edellä mainittujen osa-alueiden lisäksi myös muita hankinnan kohdetta tukevia asiantuntijapalveluja. Lot 2Kori 3 Koulutuspalvelut
Koulutuspalvelut (Kori 3) koostuu Microsoft-aihealueen koulutuksista niin loppukäyttäjille kuin pääkäyttäjillekin. Osa koulutuksista tähtää virallisiin Microsoft-sertifiointeihin. Kumppaneilta edellytetään vahvaa koulutusosaamista Microsoft-ympäristöistä. Koulutus -koriin kuuluvat esimerkiksi seuraavat osa-alueet: o Azure o Microsoft 365 o Microsoft tietoturva (M365/Azure) o Power Platform o Dynamics 365

Microsoft Dynamics 365: CRM ja Power Platform (toteutukset CRM liittyen) -asiantuntijapalvelut koostuvat esimerkiksi käyttöönotoista, ylläpidosta, jatkuvista palveluista ja muutoshankkeisiin tehtävästä kehitystyöstä. Kumppaneilta edellytetään vahvaa osaamista Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM-ympäristöistä ja Power Platform toteutuksista julkiselta sektorilta.
