Further development, maintenance and support of the TYPO3-based web and tool landscape of the RMV

A statement that (a) there is no significant or repeated arrears of taxes or social security contributions resulting from the business activity; (b) there is sufficient financial resources available to make any purchases related to this contract in due time and to provide the required guarantees and to maintain day-to-day operations; (c) the financial resources are available on order basis and are not primarily burdened by other rights; (d) the bidder is not in insolvency proceedings or in liquidation.

Declaration on the existence of corporate liability insurance with a minimum amount of cover of EUR 500,000 for personal, property and property damages per individual case. If a corresponding insurance is not available, the tenderer's declaration that a corresponding insurance will be concluded in the case of an order is sufficient.

Declaration on the total turnover of the undertaking for the last three financial years and the turnover of the type of service covered by the contract.

Declaration/proof of data protection certification

List of at least three meaningful references from the last five years showing that the tenderer has experience in the field of advertised performance. The references shall cover the following ranges in number: At least one of the reference projects concerns a publicly accessible website, a portal, a microsite landscape or a comparable digital offer with editorial maintenance, responsive implementation and individual technical development. b At least two of the reference projects include performance in UX/UI, web design, front-end implementation or design system-related component development. c) At least one of the reference projects includes interfaces, form processes, API connections or comparable technical integrations. d At least one of the reference projects shall include support, maintenance, maintenance or technical support services. e At least one of the reference projects shall include accessibility services in accordance with WCAG/BITV, at least at AA or equivalent level of requirements.
