What the buyer wants
The aim of the acquisition is an intelligent care needs assessment solution as a software service and maintenance, support, deployment and expert support services. The contract shall remain in force for an indefinite period. The software service enables independent management of each welfare area's own operating environment. This includes, inter alia, service chains, service guidance, content, reporting and user management.
The acquisition takes the form of a joint acquisition in accordance with Article 21 of the Procurement Act. In addition to the Päijä- Häme well-being area, the acquisition involves: - the Etelä-Savo well-being area - the welfare area of Central Finland. Päijäs-Häme Welfare Area is responsible for the tendering of joint procurement and takes the decision on behalf of all welfare areas involved in the procurement. Each welfare area shall award its own separate contract to a selected supplier.
Contracts are independent of each other. Each welfare area independently decides, among other things, the timetable for the deployment of the software service, the number of uses and any orders made during the contract period.
