Comprehensive e-course creation software licenses and user support. The purpose of the framework agreement is to provide the conditions on the basis of which Estonian higher education institutions specified in Annex 3 “Subscribers of Software Licences” (hereinafter subscribers) can, during the term of validity of the framework agreement, order and use the licences of the complete e-course creation software together with a user support (hereinafter service) from the executor.
Harno has awarded the framework agreement as a public procurement authority and as a framework contract administrator. Harno is not a subscriber or user of software licenses ordered under a framework agreement.
