What the buyer wants
On the basis of the framework contract to be concluded as a result of the public procurement, Microsoft licenses will be leased to Pärnu Hospital SA for 3 years in accordance with the terms set out in the tender documents (HD). The specifications and estimated quantities are given in HD Annex 1.
The software license provider must guarantee compliance with the licensing terms of the Microsoft Software Lease Agreement (including availability of the latest versions of the rented software, provision of support services, etc.). The contracting authority shall have the right to increase or reduce the quantities of leased licences during the contract period according to actual needs.
