At least two references of comparable scope and content shall be fully described. The references have a comparable scope if at least 24 project months of services, the annual turnover at least. EUR 45,000 and the client has a size of at least 2000 workplaces/users.
The references have a comparable content if all the following services have been proven: # Maintenance and further development of platform-independent Java applications # Update of the basic software and recommendations for their use # Provision of a ticket system # Analysis and correction of errors and faults of the system # First, Second, and Third Level Support # Implementation of technical concepts within the framework of further development For all references, a contact person is named at the reference customer.
The number of persons employed on average in the last three financial years in the field of activity of the contract shall be at least. 6 people per year. In the case of a grouping of bidders, the sum of all participating undertakings must have this minimum number. The proof shall be provided in the form of a list drawn up by the tenderer itself.
For the purpose of proving economic and financial standing, the turnover in the field of activity of the contract for the last three financial years (an annual financial statement does not have to be completed) must be disclosed. The turnover must be at least EUR 45,000 per year. Please send a self-declaration in the form of a self-created list.
