Managed Service E-File 2027

The object of procurement is a managed service for the provision of the E-AKTE system as a production-ready delivery item and all necessary technical and technical development work with regard to legal and standardized requirements, quality assurance and maintenance of the E-AKTE of the Federal Employment Agency as well as interface communication and the connection of further processes and projects to the basic service. This includes the implementation of the application development E-AKTE incl.

Analysis of application design in the event of changes to the interface and assessment of the impact on configuration and infrastructure. The IT system house of the BA is responsible for the IT management and takes over this. This includes the provision of the necessary IT infrastructure.

In the case of the first deployment as well as in the case of a change of staff, it must be taken into account that an extended security inspection (Ü2) according to § 9 SÜG must be carried out for the (in the BA) new service provider. The first calls are expected to be made immediately after the award of the contract. Services that are called up within the contract term are also to be provided after the end of the contract.

The same contractual terms apply to them. -Preliminary transition (works): The preliminary transition covers all activities of the contractor, from induction to the responsible takeover of the Managed Service of E-AKTE. The performance period of this service is up to three calendar months and ends with the professional acceptance of the service. The start of the preliminary transition will probably take place in coordination between BA and the contractor directly after the award of the contract.

If the subcontractor receives the contract again, the performance period starts with the services of the managed service. -Supplementary DL quota, optional: In addition, there is the possibility for the BA to call up a supplementary, optional service quota in order to obtain a temporary staff increase for the skills described in Annex 4 for the specification of services, for example, if there is an operational need.

The estimated retrieval amount over the maximum possible performance period is 4,000 person days (PT). This corresponds to 32,000 person hours (PS).

Exit management: Exit management services, which are optionally called up during the term of the contract, are to be provided only after the conclusion of the managed service under the contractual conditions (see description of services chapter 7.3). -Final transition (optional): The BA assumes that the concrete implementation of the final transition (introduction of a new service provider) takes about 2 months.
