What the buyer wants

With the extensive and detailed knowledge of your employees in SAP-basis activities and their active and innovative implementation strength, you as an SAP-basis contractor are responsible for implementing the basic administration of the SAP system landscape of the UKA. This includes database administration, ensuring basic functionality and monitoring SAP operations including performance.

In addition, you are responsible for active system optimization, interface configuration, client installations, SSO administration, certificate management, importing and monitoring support packages and notifications as well as problem analysis, error correction and troubleshooting. The contract term is initially 24 months with the possibility to extend three times by a further 12 months each. The maximum contract duration is thus 60 months.

Cloud migrations - At least 1 reference about the migration of SAP systems from an on-premises environment to a hyperscaler, in particular Microsoft Azure Minimum information per reference For each reference, at least: Client, period of service provision, project scope, SAP products/technologies used, number of systems under management, operating model (on-prem, HEC, RISE, Azure, etc.), contact person of the Client with contact details or confirmation option.

Partnership with SAP SE (with the offer; by means of a third-party declaration): The bidder must prove that he has an established partnership with SAP SE and is organizationally and technically capable of operating SAP system landscapes in highly available environments.
