1. A statement as to whether and in respect of which services the tenderer makes use of the capacities of other contractors and then has the necessary resources at his disposal. Information on the part of the contract which the tenderer may wish to award to third parties (FB 234,235,236)

Minimum requirement: The bidder must have an occupational liability insurance whose cover for personal injury is at least 2 million. EUR and damage to property and property at least 2 million EUR. This must be proven by means of a certificate of liability or by means of donor insurance.

If the offeror is a legal person, he must provide with the offer a commercial register extract or proof in accordance with the legislation of his home country.

Minimum applicant experience requirement: at least 3 references The applicant has to prove his/her particular experience with the provision of creation e-training. It is possible to prove more suitability by further references. With regard to all references, the extent to which the services provided under the reference objects have been provided by the persons intended to provide the service must be shown.

For all references, the applicant shall provide the name, address and contact details of the reference provider. For the reference information, the prepared tender form may be used. However, the content of the notice is decisive. The tender form shall be submitted in Word format. All other documents must be submitted in PDF format

Declaration by the tenderer on the turnover of the tenderer with comparable services in the last 3 calendar years, p. 2.2.2 of the tender form

Declaration on the total turnover of the applicant in the last 3 financial years (§ 122 para 2 no. 2 GWB), (P.2.2.1 of the tender form)
