- The main objective of this project is to increase the level of use by citizens, business and administration of public services provided by electronic means, by creating and making public e-services available, based on the digitisation of back-office processes and digitizing and making available data in the Department of Investment and Roads of the Regional Starosty in Tarnowskie Góry and the Regional Road Administration in Tarnowskie Góry.
- One of the main objectives of the project is to create, develop and make public e-services available at the fifth level of maturity. Public e-services will be made available on the website of the Regional Starostwa Gory and on public roads on the website of the Regional Road Administration in Tarnowskie Gory.They will also be accessed directly from the website led by the Marshal's Office through the available reference in the menu of the website https://www.slaskie.pl .Access will also be possible from other platforms at regional or national level, which will collect public e-services from different local government units. 3.In the case of offering software equivalent to that specified by Zam. in OGM, The item must at its own responsibility and cost prove that the products offered meet all the requirements and conditions set out in the OGA, in particular in terms of:
- the terms of the licence/sublicence/subscription offered equivalent products in any aspect which cannot be inferior to the products listed in the OGA,
- the functionality of the offered equivalent products which cannot be limited and worse than the functionality of the products listed in the OGA,
- the compatibility and interaction of the offered products equivalent to the equipment and software operating in the Zama, which cannot be worse than for the products listed in the OGA,
- the level of disruption of the system-programging environment, which cannot be reduced and worse than the functionality of the products offered equivalent, which cannot be greater than in the case of the products listed in the OGA,
- the level of cooperation of the offered products equivalent to the ZAZ systems, which cannot be less than for the products listed in the OGA, 4) can be less than the availability of the products listed in full, equal time and full functional interchangeability of the offered products equivalent to the products of the products listed in the OCA,
- for the smaller systems, for the less than the equivalent of installation and testing of an equivalent product in the hardware and software environment of the Ordering Party 13) to transfer knowledge of maintenance and development of a solution based on the proposed products. 14.Where an equivalent product offered by Wyek does not properly interact with the equipment and software operating in Zam. or cause interference in the operation of the hardware and software environment in Zam.It will cover all costs associated with the restoration and efficient operation of the Zam hardware and software infrastructure. and at its own expense will make the necessary modifications to restore the proper functioning of the hardware and software environment of Zam. also after the removal of the equivalent product.
15)The equivalent software provided by the Excluded: (a) shall not result in a loss of compatibility and the support of manufacturers of other software used and cooperating with it (b) shall not have the status of ending the technical support of the manufacturer at the time of submission of the offer. It is unacceptable to use equivalent software for which the manufacturer has announced the completion of its development within 3 years of the submission of the offer. The use of equivalent software for which the cooperating software manufacturer announced the cessation of support in its newer versions is unacceptable.

The final evaluation of each offer will be calculated as the sum of the points obtained in the individual tender assessment criteria, based on the following formula: P = C + MO + WT + G + GS C – Price G - extension of the warranty for the offered GS solution - extension of the warranty for the offered IT MO devices - support of the modification of the offered solution during the WT guarantee period - technical support of the offered solution during the warranty period The best bid will be the bid, which will be the highest total number of points. The calculation will be made to 2 decimal places, according to the principle that the third decimal number from 5 upwards will round the second decimal number up by 1. If the third decimal digit is less than 5, then the second decimal digit is unchanged. If two or more offers receive the same number of points, they win the lowest of them.
