Required are company references from the last 3 years (2023 – 2025 or current) about previously executed or current comparable orders. It shall be specified for each reference of reference providers (contact person and contact details). In the case of contracts that have not been completed in the last 3 years, state the status achieved so far. Power levels not yet realized cannot be evaluated. Comparable contracts are services for the delivery and commissioning of Elastic licenses.
There are 3 company references on comparable services, which meet the following characteristics: There must be a reference from the following categories: a reference is a university hospital b a reference is from the hospital environment c a reference is from the KRITIS environment
The requirement is to indicate the total turnover (net) and annual turnover (net) with the services advertised here or comparable for the last 3 financial years. (2023, 2024, 2025) Comparable are services via procurement from the elastic environment. An annual turnover with comparable services of at least EUR 500,000 in each of the last three completed financial years (2023, 2024 and 2025) must be demonstrated.
The annual number of employees employed in the company in the past 3 years (2023, 2024, 2025) is required. Employees include all employees subject to social insurance. For each of the last three completed years, the bidder must prove that at least the following qualified employees were available: a) min. 20 employees per year must at least. demonstrate the following Elastic certifications. - Mind. 6 employees as Elastic Certified Engineer - Mind. 6 employees as Elastic Certified Analyst - Mind. 4 employees as Elastic Certified Observability Engineer - Mind. 2 Employees as Elastic Certified Partner Solutions Architect Note: One employee can have several certifications.
Required is the Elastic Partner Status "Elite" The bidder must have at least the Elastic Partner status "Elite" and hold the partner status over the entire contract period. Recertifications during the contract period must be proven without request.
