- The subject of the contract is the provision of service services for TETA EDU and TETA ME software used by the University of Radom named after Kazimierz Pulaski for a period of 24 months.
- The customer requires the provision of TETA EDU and TETA ME service services, including:
- providing new versions of TETA EDU and TETA ME software published by the software manufacturer,
- providing all necessary support for carrying out the updating process, including activities requiring manufacturer authorisation,
- providing a documented description of the performance and integrity of the database, 7) providing a continuous audit of the database backup, 8) providing the users and administrators appointed by the Ordering Party for the repair of the new software, errors and faults,
- providing a continuous audit of the software for its compliance with the applicable legal regulations,
- providing a continuous audit of the performance and integrity of the database,
- ensuring the continuous audit of the database backup,
- providing a secure online connection for the activities of: diagnostic, administrative and user functionality, and 11) supporting the functionality of the EDU and IT system by the Contracting Party,
- providing assistance in diagnostics of the software problems related to the operation of the software,
