we have already discussed the topic of announcement of cooperation possibilities for obtaining distribution partner contracts in Germany from an internal procurement law perspective and have come to the conclusion that:1 there is already a very well-established, two-stage “in-house” examination, selection and negotiation process for the selection of distribution partners and 2 a notice in the form of an upstream “public” registration process for an application of new “distributors” does not harm.
