1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest zakup i dostawa 8 szt. licencji Microsoft Power Automate Premium – licencja na użytkownika, subskrypcja na okres 12 miesięcy lub równoważna. Szczegółowe informacje w zakresie opisu przedmiotu zamówienia oraz sposobu realizacji zamówienia zostały zawarte w cz. III SWZ - OPZ raz w IV Cz. SWZ (PPU). 2. Termin doręczenia dokumentów potwierdzających dostawę subskrypcji na oprogramowanie nastąpi najpóźniej w terminie 11 dni kalendarzowych od dnia zawarcia umowy lub w terminie krótszym zaoferowanym przez Wykonawcę – zgodnie z ofertą Wykonawcy (Uwaga: stanowi kryterium oceny ofert). Under the ‘Price’ criterion, the Contractor shall assess the gross price for the performance of the contract, calculated by the Contractor in accordance with the legal provisions and the method of calculating the price of the tender referred to in point 10 of Part III of the SWZ, provided for in point 5.1(1) of paragraph 5 of the ‘Offer’ form (Offer Form OF0). Within the ‘Price’ criterion, each offer may receive a maximum of 60 points. The number of points in the ‘Price’ criterion that the bid will receive will be calculated on the basis of the formula. Detailed information contained in Part II of the WWZ - Specific conditions, Section B - criteria for the evaluation of tenders, paragraph 8, point 8.1.
