Część 1: Zamawiający wymaga, aby wykonawcy: - wykazali, że wykonali lub wykonują w okresie ostatnich 3 lat przed upływem terminu składania ofert, a jeżeli okres prowadzenia działalności jest krótszy w tym okresie, co najmniej 1 usługę wsparcia informatycznego (polegającą na min. obsłudze urządzeń informatycznych w tym wymiana, instalacja oraz weryfikacja poprawności działania sprzętu informatycznego, wsparciu użytkownika końcowego w zakresie obsługi urządzeń informatycznych), wykonywanych w miejscu świadczenia usług, o wartości równej lub większej niż 100 000,00 zł brutto, dla minimum 8 lokalizacji jednocześnie.
Spełnienie powyższego wymogu dla części 1 oznacza jednocześnie spełnienie wymogu dla części 3.
B. Części od 2, 4, 5, 6: Zamawiający wymaga, aby wykonawcy: - wykazali, że wykonali lub wykonują w okresie ostatnich 3 lat przed upływem terminu składania ofert, a jeżeli okres prowadzenia działalności jest krótszy w tym okresie, co najmniej 1 usługę wsparcia informatycznego (polegającą na min. obsłudze urządzeń informatycznych w tym wymiana, instalacja oraz weryfikacja poprawności działania sprzętu informatycznego, wsparciu użytkownika końcowego w zakresie obsługi urządzeń informatycznych), wykonywanych w miejscu świadczenia usług, o wartości równej lub większej niż 50 000,00 zł brutto. Do każdej z wykazanych usług Wykonawca musi załączyć dowody określające czy te usługi zostały wykonane należycie.
