O udzielenie zamówienia mogą ubiegać się Wykonawcy, którzy: 1 nie podlegają wykluczeniu. 2 spełniają następujące warunki udziału w postępowaniu dotyczące: 2.1 zdolności technicznej lub zawodowej, tj.: 2.1.1 Wykonawca nie wcześniej niż w okresie ostatnich 3 lat przed upływem terminu składania ofert, a jeżeli okres prowadzenia działalności jest krótszy – w tym okresie wykonał (w przypadku świadczeń powtarzających się lub ciągłych również wykonuje) następujące zamówienia: Co najmniej jedną dostawę obejmującą dostarczenie, odnowienie albo aktywację subskrypcji Microsoft w modelu CSP/NCE.
Zamawiający nie określa minimalnej wartości takiej dostawy. Wykazana dostawa nie musi obejmować wszystkich produktów ani liczby subskrypcji odpowiadającej przedmiotowi niniejszego zamówienia. W przypadku dostawy nadal wykonywanej warunek musi być spełniony w odniesieniu do części już zrealizowanej.
