What the buyer wants

  1. The subject of the Agreement shall be:
  1. renewal of the Adobe/equivalent software/software software that the Contracting Authority holds,
  2. purchase of new Adobe/equivalent software subscriptions;
  3. purchase of new Adobe/equivalent software subscriptions under the so-called procurement option referred to in § 2(5) of the Agreement; (hereinafter referred to as ‘the Software’), during the period referred to in § 2(1) of the Agreement and in accordance with the requirements set out in Annex 1 to the Agreement.
  4. The right to use the Software is the end-user license agreement. The Contracting Authority shall not acquire rights to adapt, distribute, resale or grant further sub-licenses and rights to update the Software, to new versions of the Software and to impose amendments.
