The participant must have performed an activity with an object identical to or similar to that of the contract for the last 3 (three) years from the date of submission of the tender. When submitting a tender, compliance with the requirement shall be declared by the participant in Section C of Part IV of the Single European Procurement Document (EEDOP), indicating the values, date and recipients of the activities carried out.
The demonstration of compliance with the requirement shall be made with a list of activities identical or similar to the subject-matter of the contract, with an indication of the values, dates and recipients, accompanied by documents proving the delivery carried out, according to Art. 64, para 1, item 2 of the Public Procurement Act Note: The following activities, identical or similar to the subject matter of the contract: delivery and/or renewal of subscription software licenses, including the granting of software use rights, the provision of software updates (new versions, upgrades or bug adjustments) and/or the provision of software and technical support for software products, systems or platforms. The contracting authority shall not require volume.
