What the buyer wants
It is intended to introduce software for workplace and room booking in the desk-sharing areas of the city administration of Chemnitz. The system is intended to support a flexible configuration of bookable resources (workstations, consulting rooms, possibly also vehicles). This should not only be a booking software but also an optimization of working areas, therefore an evaluation function should also be available. In total, approximately 1,800 resource-based licenses are required, which can be used by a total of approximately 5,000 users.
