EA3 The financial and economic performance of the bidder / bidder community / company within the framework of the eligibility loan / company of subcontracting is given. I certify that I am not involved in any insolvency, bankruptcy or liquidation proceedings, nor in any relationship comparable to the above-mentioned proceedings under the legislation of the country in which my company is established. A corresponding commercial register extract (not older than three months) or corresponding documents can be submitted to the issuing body on request. The submission of a proof of financial and economic performance, e.g. in the form of a bank declaration, can be additionally requested by the tendering agency. It is provided by me upon request. EA4 The financial and economic performance of the bidder / bidder community / company within the framework of the suitability loan / company of subcontracting - also over the period of the planned order processing - is not to be doubted according to the submitted documents and other available information.
