  1. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION IN THE PROCEEDING: In terms of technical or professional capacity, the Contracting Authority shall consider the condition to be fulfilled if the Contractor demonstrates that within the last 3 years before the expiry of the time limit for the submission of tenders, and if the duration of the activity is shorter, during that period, he has duly completed at least one contract involving the provision of technical assistance/technical support/maintenance services along with development services, for a minimum period of 24 months for a total amount of at least PLN 4 000 000,00 gross, for a system for the operation and management of educational units, consisting of at least modules or subsystems for:
  1. teaching process support (e.g. planning of school organisation, supervision of the teaching process),
  2. financial area service – accounting.
  3. To confirm that the Contractor fulfils the conditions for participation in the technical or professional capacity procedure The Contracting Authority shall require the following documents:
  1. LIST OF SERVICES/SUPPLIES (Annex to SWZ) performed, and in the case of recurrent or continuous benefits also performed, during the period indicated in the condition in Chapter VI. SWI and if the period of business is shorter - during that period, together with their values, subject matter, execution dates and entities for which the services/deliveries have been performed or are carried out;
  2. REASONS for determining, the services/deliveries listed in the statement (Annex to the WWZ) have been performed or are executed duly.

  1. Każdy Wykonawca zobowiązany jest zabezpieczyć swoją ofertę wadium w kwocie 40 000,00 zł
  2. Wadium wnosi się przed upływem terminu składania ofert.
  3. Wadium może być wniesione w jednej lub kilku następujących formach:
  1. pieniądzu;
  2. gwarancjach bankowych;
  3. gwarancjach ubezpieczeniowych;
  4. poręczeniach udzielanych przez podmioty, o których mowa w art. 6b ust. 5 pkt 2 ustawy z dnia 9 listopada 2000 r. o utworzeniu Polskiej Agencji Rozwoju Przedsiębiorczości (Dz. U. z 2020 r. poz. 299).
  5. Wadium w pieniądzu należy wnieść w następujący sposób:
  1. należy wykonać przelew bankowy na następujący rachunek Gdańskiego Centrum Informatycznego: 02 1240 1268 1111 0010 7864 3106,
  2. w tytule przelewu należy wskazać numer postępowania oraz tytuł / przedmiot postępowania (pierwsza strona SWZ).
  3. Wniesienie wadium w pieniądzu za pomocą przelewu bankowego Zamawiający będzie uważał za skuteczne tylko wówczas, gdy bank prowadzący rachunek Zamawiającego potwierdzi, że otrzymał taki przelew przed upływem terminu składania ofert.
  4. Jeżeli wadium jest wnoszone w formie gwarancji lub poręczenia, Wykonawca przekazuje Zamawiającemu oryginał gwarancji lub poręczenia, w postaci elektronicznej, spełniający co najmniej poniższe wymagania:
  1. musi zawierać zobowiązanie gwaranta lub poręczyciela do wypłaty wadium na każde pisemne żądanie zgłoszone przez Zamawiającego, z tytułu wystąpienia zdarzeń, o których mowa w art. 98 ust. 6 ustawy Pzp;
  2. z jego treści powinno jednoznacznej wynikać zobowiązanie gwaranta do zapłaty całej kwoty wadium;
  3. powinno być nieodwołalne i bezwarunkowe oraz płatne na pierwsze żądanie;
  4. termin obowiązywania poręczenia lub gwarancji nie może być krótszy niż termin związania ofertą (z zastrzeżeniem, iż pierwszym dniem związania ofertą jest dzień składania ofert);
  5. w treści poręczenia lub gwarancji powinna znaleźć się nazwa oraz numer przedmiotowego postępowania;
  6. beneficjentem poręczenia lub gwarancji jest: Gmina Miasta Gdańska, NIP 583-00-11-969 z sie
