What the buyer wants
The aim of this call for tender is to use the existing funding of the “Model Projects Smart Cities” programme of the Federal Ministry for Housing, Urban Development and Building to commission the conception, development, provision and operation of a new, self-contained mobile application (“MoMM app”), which combines the functionalities of accessible parking space search/navigation and accessible mobility routing in a uniform user interface. Existing municipal island solutions are to be replaced or consolidated in the medium term and the users are offered a consistent, consistent digital experience.

The suitability is for the service to be awarded by entry in the list of the Association for Prequalification of Construction Company e.V. or provisionally by the completed self-declaration of suitability acc. FB 124 or by the Single European Self-Declaration (EEE). If the offer of a non-prequalified bidder is shortlisted, the certificates referred to in FB 124 or the EEE shall be submitted within 6 calendar days of request. Where the tenderer invokes the ability of other tenderers to perform the contract, the relevant number in the prequalification list or the declaration in accordance with FB 124 or EEE shall also be submitted on request to those undertakings. Certificates not drawn up in German must be accompanied by a translation in German. FB 124 is attached to the tender documents. The EEE can be filled in online via the link (www.evergabe-online.info/e-Vergabe/DE/5 Service/EEE/node EEE.html).
