The references must date from the last five (5) calendar years and be proven by a written reference letter or order confirmation from the respective client. For each reference, the following details must be attached: contract designation, brief description, duration, contract value (optional), as well as the name and contact details of the client. The evaluation is carried out on a scale from 0 to 500 in increments of one hundred according to the evaluation table below. Relevant here means that the employee performs complex tasks. Dotting is carried out proportionally. For example, if all employees meet the requirement there are 200 rating points (BP), if 3/4 of the employees meet the requirement there are 150 BP. 50 extra points can be awarded if the projects are particularly relevant, so that a maximum of 250 points can be achieved. In order to demonstrate the technical expertise of the staff responsible for the project, tenderers should attach the following documents: Indication of training, relevant positions and project responsibilities; the diploma or other formal qualifications; Certificates and evidence of continuing education on subject-specific training or recognised certification; short descriptions of at least two comparable reference projects, representing the role, time period and results achieved (e.g. cost savings, adherence to deadlines); where applicable, publications, patents or memberships in professional associations, demonstrating the technical depth. All documents should be up-to-date (not older than five years, except permanent accounts), complete and clearly relatable; Foreign documents require a certified German translation.
