Supply of modules for the ARTeMIS program Module 8.1

Requirement 1 The tenderer (each participating economic operator) must prove a form of registration in accordance with the legal requirements of the country in which it is established (to be entered in a professional or commercial register of the country in which it is established) showing that the economic operator is legally constituted, that it is not in any of the situations of annulment of the constitution, that it has the right (legal capacity) to conduct / conduct on the market in a lawful manner the activities covered by the contract.

Regulation (EC) No 833 / 2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 31 July 2014 concerning restrictive measures in view of Russia's actions destabilising the situation in Ukraine, with all subsequent additions and amendments.

As preliminary evidence for the verification of the professional activity capacity, economic operators must submit: (i) DUAE, supplemented by SEAP - Tenderers will complete with Yes or No in DUAE "a: global indication for all criteria" (ii) Self-declaration regarding compliance with the provisions laid down in Council Regulation No 833 / 2014 of 31 July 2014 concerning restrictive measures in view of Russia's actions to destabilise the situation in Ukraine, with all subsequent additions and amendments (the form provided by the contracting authority in Section D - "Form 'of the award documentation - Form No 8 will be used).
