Wykonawca nie jest zobowiązany do złożenia tych dokumentów, jeżeli zamawiający może je uzyskać za pomocą bezpłatnych i ogólnodostępnych baz danych, o ile wykonawca wskazał dane umożliwiające dostęp do tych dokumentów. 4)Pełnomocnictwo do reprezentowania Wykonawcy lub Wykonawców, w przypadku gdy:
    1. ofertę podpisuje w imieniu Wykonawcy inna osoba;
