- Posiadanie ubezpieczenia OC: Zamawiający uzna warunek za spełniony, jeżeli Wykonawca wykaże, że jest ubezpieczony od odpowiedzialności cywilnej w zakresie prowadzonej działalności związanej z przedmiotem zamówienia na sumę gwarancyjną nie mniejszą niż 1 000 000 zł (jeden milion złotych).
- wiedza i doświadczenie Warunek spełni Wykonawca, który wykaże, że: zrealizował, w okresie ostatnich 5 lat przed upływem terminu składania ofert, a jeżeli okres prowadzenia działalności jest krótszy – w tym okresie, z należytą starannością wykonał co najmniej:
- 2 roboty budowlane polegające na budowie, przebudowie lub modernizacji instalacji oświetlenia sportowego LED płyty boiska wraz z systemem sterowania lub integracją z systemem BMS, wykonane dla stadionów lub innych obiektów sportowych, dla których wymagane było spełnienie parametrów oświetleniowych określonych przez FIFA lub UEFA, o wartości nie mniejszej niż 500 000,00 zł brutto każda, lub
- 2 dostawy instalacji oświetlenia sportowego LED płyty boiska wraz z systemem sterowania lub integracją z systemem BMS, wykonane dla stadionów lub innych obiektów sportowych, dla których wymagane było spełnienie parametrów oświetleniowych określonych przez FIFA lub UEFA, o wartości nie mniejszej niż 500 000,00 zł brutto każda,
- Zamawiający uzna za spełnienie warunku również łączne wykazanie 1 roboty budowlanej i 1 dostawy spełniających ww. wymagania. W przypadku wspólnego ubiegania się dwóch lub więcej Wykonawców o udzielenie niniejszego zamówienia powyższy warunek powinien być spełniony przynajmniej przez jednego z nich. Doświadczenie nie podlega sumowaniu. Uwaga :
- w przypadku roboty budowlanej lub dostawy wykonywanej (tj. rozpoczętej a niezakończonej) na poczet wymaganego doświadczenia Wykonawcy, zaliczona będzie wyłącznie jej zrealizowana część. Tylko wartość i okres trwania tej części może być przez Wykonawcę wskazany na poczet wymaganej, dla celów wykazania spełniania warunku posiadania wiedzy i doświadczenia, wartości robót budowlanych lub dostaw.
- przez wykonanie (zrealizowanie i zakończenie) należy rozumieć doprowadzenie co najmniej do podpisania protokołu częściowego odbioru robót lub dostaw,
- przez jedno zadanie należy rozumieć robotę budowlaną (wykonanie albo zaprojektowanie i wykonanie) lub dostawę, zrealizowaną w oparciu o jedną umowę cywilnoprawną. 3 osoby zdolne do wykonania zamówienia: Warunek spełni Wykonawca, który wykaże dysponuje lub będzie dysponował i skieruje do realizacji zamówienia co najmniej:
- 1 osobę posiadającą uprawnienia budowlane do projektowania w specjalności instalacyjnej w zakresie sieci, instalacji i urządzeń elektrycznych i elektroenergetycznych bez ograniczeń lub odpowiadające im równoważne uprawnienia budowlane do kierowania robotami budowlanymi, które zostały wydane na podstawie wcześniej obowiązujących przepisów w zakresie niezbędnym do realizacji zamówienia.
