What the buyer wants
- The object of the order is to provide technical assistance to the website funduue.slaskie.pl together with the development and modification of the portal UE.slaskie.pl and CMS (modulation of functionality, new functionalities) as part of the robotic programming hours.The subject of the contract includes the development, modification and maintenance of the existing EU.slaskie.pl fund portal and the CMS system operating in the ordering technology environment. The order does not include the exchange of the CMS system or the change of the main technological stack (backend, database), unless the Ordering Party agrees in writing. The contract includes the following actions:
- Action I – including the provision of technical assistance (support) by the Contractor for up to 34 months;
- Action II – (including option right) – the extension and modification of the EU.slaskie.pl portal and CMS (modification of functionality, new functionalities) as part of the workday programming hours, including:
- 50 labour hours in the basic order,
- 350 labour hours in the option law. The Contractor shall carry out the subject-matter of the contract in accordance with the principle of ‘Do No Significant Harm — DNSH’ referred to in Article 17 of Regulation (EU) 2020/852 of the European Parliament and of the Council and the horizontal principles resulting from Regulation (EU) 2021/1060.The Contracting Authority indicates that the subject matter of the contract is of a service and non-investment nature with a negligible environmental impact. Therefore, compliance with the DNSH principle is ensured through the way in which the service is organised and implemented, in particular through organisational and technical solutions limiting negative environmental impacts. The contractor undertakes to complete the order first with digital tools, including:
- forwarding documents and reports in electronic form,
- limiting the printing of materials to the minimum necessary,
- using electronic communication in order execution.
- The Contracting Authority, in the course of the procurement procedure, provides for the possibility of making available the documentation and source code of the CMS tool to the Contractors concerned, within the set time limit, in order to check the documents necessary for the performance of the contract, available on site with the Contracting Authority, pursuant to Article 131(2)(2) of the Pzp Act, in accordance with the provisions of point 12 of the Description of the Procurement Subject (OPP) – (Annex 3 to the SWZ).
- The Contracting Authority shall be entitled to exercise the right of option referred to in Article 441(1) of the Pzp Act, in accordance with the principles described in paragraphs 2 and 6 of Annex 2 to the WWZ -designed contract provisions.
- The description of the contract (in short: OGM) provides: Annex 3 to the WGM / Annex 1 to the proposed provisions of the contract.
- The proposed provisions of the contract on this public contract, which will be introduced to the content of the contract, are set out in Annex 2 to the WWZ.
