Technical maintenance, synchronization of profiles and administration of integrated cloud platforms and devices for training in an electronic environment based on Google Workspace

The participant should have achieved a minimum total turnover for the last three completed financial years at the time of the submission of the tender, depending on the date on which the participant was set up or started operating, of not less than the estimated value of this contract for 12 months. During the submission of the tender, the participants shall indicate the information on the total turnover achieved in the EEDOP, Part IV .

The documents demonstrating compliance with the requirement shall be evidenced by the submission of a profit and loss report as an integral part of the annual financial statements for the last three completed at the time of submission of the tender financial years (2022, 2023 and 2024), where their publication is required, under the legislation of the State in which the participant is established and/or Reference to total turnover covering the last three completed financial years at the time of submission of the tender, depending on the date on which the participant was set up or started operations.

In the case of participation of non-legal entities, compliance with the requirement shall be demonstrated by the pool of participants and not by any of the participants involved therein. In the case of subcontractors, the requirements shall apply to the type and proportion of their participation.

On the basis of Art. 67, para. 5 of the Law of the Republic of Bulgaria The contracting authority may require, at any time after the opening of requests for participation or tenders, the submission of all or part of the documents demonstrating the information referred to in the EEDOP where necessary for the lawful conduct of the procedure.

In accordance with Art. 112, para 1, item 2 of the Public Procurement Act, the participant designated as a contractor shall provide documents certifying the absence of grounds for removal from the procedure as well as

The participant should have completed at least one activity with an object identical to or similar to that of the contract for the last three years from the date of submission of the tender (depending on the date on which the participant was established or started its activity). *An activity/service involving: maintenance and/or management/administration of a cloud environment/platform based on Google Workspace technology for at least 12 months should be understood as being an activity/service.

During the submission of the tender, the participants shall indicate the information on the experience held at the EEDOP, Part IV The documents to demonstrate compliance with the requirements of the technical and professional abilities of the participants shall be in accordance with Art. 64, para 1, item 2 of the Public Procurement Act.

In the case of participation of non-legal entities, compliance with the selection criteria relating to the technical capabilities of the participants shall be demonstrated by the relevant members of the association according to the allocation of their participation in the implementation of the activities provided for in the contract establishing the association. Where subcontractors participate, the above requirement shall apply in accordance with the type and proportion of their participation.

The participant should hold a valid certificate for an implemented quality management system according to EN ISO 9001 standard on the subject-matter of this procurement at the time of submission of the tender, namely: administration and/or maintenance of an information system (s). Upon submission of the tender, the participants shall indicate the information on the certificate held in the EEDOP in Part IV . . . Quality assurance standards and environmental management standards.

Compliance with this requirement shall be demonstrated by a copy of a valid certificate for an implemented quality management system in the field of the subject-matter of this contract, according to the standard EN ISO 9001 or equivalent, or other evidence of equivalent quality assurance measures.

The certificate should be issued by independent persons accredited to the relevant series of European standards by the IA The contracting authority shall adopt equivalent certificates issued by bodies established in other Member States and other evidence of equivalent measures.

On the basis of Art. 67, Paragraph 5 of the Law on the Law of the Republic of Bulgaria The contracting authority may request, at any time after the opening of requests for participation or tenders, the submission of all or part of the documents demonstrating the information referred to in the EEDOP, where necessary for the lawful conduct of the contract.

In accordance with Art. 112, para 1, item 2 of the Public Procurement Act, the participant appointed as contractor shall, upon signature of the contract, submit documents under Art. 58 of the Public Procurement Act certifying the absence of grounds for removal from the procedure, as well as documents for compliance with the criteria for selection, including for third parties and subcontractors, if any.
