What the buyer wants
The subject of the contract is to ensure the proper and continuous operation of the air monitoring computer system by providing services to the administration with an IT system, communication and software of DACSYSTEM Enviro, used to collect, transmit, verify and visualize data from air monitoring stations in the voivodships: Podkarpackie, Małopolskie, Śląskie, Opolskie, Dolnośląskie, Lubuskie, Wielkopolskie, Zachodniopomorskie, Pomeranian and Warmia-Mazury, as well as to monitor the work of the dust collection network suspended in all voivodships.
The subject matter of the contract shall also include the administration of the information system used in the National Reference Laboratory for ambient air quality, during the period from 1 December 2026 to 30 November 2027. A detailed description of the subject of the order is attached. Under this contract, the procedure was not divided into parts.

- Price
The points awarded for the ‘Gross tender price’ criterion will be calculated according to the following formula: C = (CN : CB) × 60 where: C - the number of points that a given tender has obtained in the price criterion, CN - the lowest price among non-rejectible tenders, CB - the price of the tender tested. The maximum possible number of points to be scored in this criterion is 60 points
- Technical support
Points awarded for the ‘Technical support’ criterion shall be calculated as follows: The minimum period required by the Contracting Authority for providing technical support is working days from 8.00 to 16.00. If the contractor offers a period of technical support on working days from 8.00 to 20.00 will receive an additional 20 points. The maximum possible number of points to be scored in this criterion is 20 points.
- Response time
The points awarded for the Response Time criterion shall be calculated as follows: The time required by the Contracting Authority to proceed to repair a non-critical failure on the date of notification or at the latest within 5 working days from the date of notification and repair up to 10 working days from the date of notification. If the contractor offers the time to proceed to repair the non-critical failure on the day of notification or at the latest within 2 working days of notification and repair up to 5 working days from the date of notification, he shall receive an additional 20 points. The maximum possible number of points to be scored in this criterion is 20 points.
