References (with the offer; by self-declaration): The tenderer shall provide proof of three reference contracts with his tender.’; The following minimum requirements apply to the reference contracts: - All three reference contracts must include maintenance and services on Honeywell EBI systems. From the references, in particular, maintenance and maintenance, troubleshooting, remote support, error analysis at the management and automation level, care or update of the ECI system software and agreed response and processing times, and - the comparable services must have been provided within the last three years before the expiry of the offer period. Ongoing reference contracts are taken into account if the comparable services have already been provided for at least twelve months at this time, and at least one reference must include the successful migration or substantial update of an existing Honeywell EBI system from EBI R600 or a technically comparable EBI initial version to a currently supported ECI version. The reference shall include at least planning, data backup, technical migration, system configuration adaptation, functional testing and restart. The migration reference can simultaneously be recognized as one of the three required maintenance references. The template "References" of the contracting entity must be downloaded under procurement documents.

Certification (with the offer; by means of third-party declaration): To prove his technical and professional performance, the bidder must submit the proof of a certified quality management system according to DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 (or later). The certificate shall be valid for receipt of tenders at the closing date. Equivalent evidence:The contracting authority/entity shall also accept other evidence of equivalent quality assurance measures provided that the tenderer demonstrates that the proposed measures comply with the required quality assurance standards and that he/she did not have access to the certificates.
