The commissioned services may include operational tasks, project services, consultancy services and technically related activities within the tendered service areas. Qualified professional support is required by the following four key roles:

- systems engineer / in applications and service processes. The maximum retrieval volume is 800 person days (PT) per contract year. The client guarantees a minimum acceptance of 400 PT per contract year.

The value prize is obtained by adding the offered daily prices (person day) per roll, each multiplied by 200 person days. The offer with the lowest worth offer price gets 70 prize points. Reference is made to the suitability and evaluation matrix.
- Technical expertise50%
For the evaluation of the technicality, the client has defined 12 criteria. Each criterion is evaluated with 0 to 5 raw points. A maximum of 60 raw points can be reached. The offer must achieve at least 50% of the maximum reachable specialist raw points, i.e. at least 30 out of 60 raw points. In criteria B1, B2, B7 and B8 at least 3 out of 5 raw points must be achieved. The conversion is carried out according to the following formula: Technical scoring points = 30 × raw points reached ÷ 60. A maximum of 30 points can be achieved. Reference is made to Appendix B.
