What the buyer wants
The aim of the acquisition is the Broadcom VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) licensing service (including concessions) and separately ordered support services. The subject-matter and requirements of the procurement are detailed in this invitation to tender and its annexes. The contract is commissioned by our IT and Economy Oy (Meita) and is awarded to one supplier selected on the basis of the tender.
The contract will only be used by the Contracting Party and the Contracting Parties to the contract will only be Us and the selected Supplier. For the sake of clarity, it is stated that Meita's customers are not parties to this tender or to the resulting contract. Licences and Services under the Agreement are available to the Client no later than 1.4.2027.
