DE-B1: Technical and professional performance (with the offer; by means of self-declaration): 1.The basis for the professional evaluation is only reference projects with a minimum contract volume of 500,000 EUR (net) 2. At least 3 reference projects in the field of content management (OpenText Content Server and/or Archive Server) in the last 36 months (deadline: date of publication of this call for tender)

DE-C1: Economic and financial capacity (with the offer; by self-declaration): Average annual turnover in the last three financial years in EUR (net) (For tenders published by GIZ within six months of the end of the last financial year, the fourth last financial year can be used), at least EUR 1,500,000 (net)

DE-C2: Economic and financial capacity (with the offer; by self-declaration): Average number of employees and managers in the last three calendar years, at least 10 persons. There is a professional liability insurance with a civil liability insurer or credit institution licensed in the EU, for persons and other damages with a coverage of at least 500.000.00 EUR and double maximized each time or a corresponding commitment to provide such insurance protection.
