What the buyer wants

The aim of the acquisition is the Keitele Act on the Management of Information in Public Administration (906 / 2019) and the Archives Act (831 / 1994) and is supplemented by the National Archives' relevant and document management system and its delivery as a SaaS service in accordance with the invitation to tender and its annexes. The acquisition also includes the following mandatory options:

Interventions to be ordered separately are based on a complete set of manufacturing software. The initial start date is 1 January 2027. The contract shall remain in force for an indefinite period.
