11.1.4. spełnia warunki dotyczące zdolności technicznej lub zawodowej, tj.: posiadają wiedzę i doświadczenie: 11.1.4.1. Wykonawca musi wykazać, że w okresie ostatnich 3 lat przed upływem terminu składania ofert, a jeżeli okres prowadzenia działalności jest krótszy w tym okresie, należycie wykonał co najmniej 1 usługę o wartości min. 80 000 zł netto obejmującą zaprojektowanie, wykonanie, wdrożenie i uruchomienie serwisu internetowego z CMS na rzecz podmiotów zobowiązanych do WCAG 2.1 AA. 11.1.4.2.
Wykonawca musi wykazać, że w okresie ostatnich 3 lat przed upływem terminu składania ofert, a jeżeli okres prowadzenia działalności jest krótszy w tym okresie, należycie wykonał co najmniej 1 usługę polegającą na wykonaniu strony internetowej zawierającej BIP zgodnie z Ustawą zasadniczą: Ustawa z 6 września 2001 r. o dostępie do informacji publicznej (Dz.U. z 2001 r. nr 112 poz. 1198 z późn. zm.2022 r., poz. 902, z późn. zm.) – definiuje, kto ma obowiązek prowadzenia BIP, jaki zakres informacji musi tam trafiać (np. status prawny, struktura, majątek, sposoby przyjmowania i załatwiania spraw) oraz zasady udostępniania tych danych oraz rozporządzeniem wykonawczym: Rozporządzenie Ministra Spraw Wewnętrznych i Administracji z dnia 18 stycznia 2007 r. w sprawie Biuletynu Informacji Publicznej (Dz.U. 2007 nr 10 poz. 68) – określa strukturę strony głównej BIP, standardy stron podmiotowych, wymagania zabezpieczeń oraz sposób prowadzenia urzędowego rejestru
