Presentation of at least three (3) appropriate references from the last three years (deadline date "expiration of the offer period"), which corresponds by type and scope to the following requirements: •Type: Maintenance and further development of individual software at source code level •Size: Annual further development effort of at least 120 person days and annual maintenance effort of 50 person days Individual software in this sense means: software programs, program modules, tools, etc., which have been created by the contractor for the needs of the client.

Maintenance in this sense means: restoration and maintenance of the operational readiness of the individual software. Further development in this sense means: improvement of existing functions, conception and implementation of new functions, integration of external tools and creation and maintenance of automated tests.

Of these three (3) references, at least one (1) reference must include the maintenance and further development of the individual software with the integration of a workflow engine for modeling and executing business processes / workflows. Furthermore, of these three (3) references, at least one (1) reference must include the development of automated tests.

Furthermore, at least one (1) of the three (3) references must include the maintenance and further development of individual software from the subject area "digital archiving". Finally, the name of the declarant shall be indicated in the reference template. The contracting authority reserves the right to verify the references with the reference contractor. In such a case, the awarding authority will request the tenderer to appoint a contact person with contact details (telephone number and e-mail).

Information on professionals Minimum requirement: The bidder / the bidding community has at least two (2) developers / in-house with the training described below as well as the experience described below, which can be used during the term of the contract for the fulfilment of the contract vis-à-vis the client:

• University study / University of Applied Sciences of Information Science of Computer Science (science of the processing of information) or a comparable university degree / University of Applied Sciences degree or vocational training as a computer scientist / computer scientist,
• At least 3 years of experience without interruption in JAVA web development.

Self-declaration on the total turnover of the company as well as on the turnover in the field of activity "maintenance and further development of individual software" in the last three completed financial years. In the case of groupings of tenderers, only the written commitment or proof of a member is mandatory.
