LG, Samsung, Sky) Gegenstand der in Los 1b ausgeschriebenen Leistung ist darüber hinaus das 3sat Streaming-Portal, das als Mandant des ZDF Streaming-Portals auf folgenden Ausspielwegen erreichbar ist: - HbbTV via Red Button - Wrapper-App für Fire TV/Vega OS sowie verschiedene Herstellerportale (z.B. LG, Samsung) Gegenstand der in Los 1b ausgeschriebenen Leistung ist außerdem die TV-Anwendung für ZDFheute. Diese Anwendung ist ebenfalls ein technischer Mandant des ZDF Streaming Portals, das heißt: Frontend-Technologie und Backend-Anbindung beziehen sich auf die vorhandene Architektur bzw. Design-Vorgaben. Die Anwendung ist erreichbar via: - HbbTV via Red Button - Als Wrapper-App für Plattformen wie Amazon Fire TV/Vega OS, Google TV oder für Herstellerportale wie die von Samsung oder LG Los 1b umfasst folgende Leistungen für die Streaming-Portale von ZDF und 3sat sowie die HbbTV-Anwendung von ZDFheute: - Erstellung von Konzept und Design für die Weiterentwicklung der Frontends - Technische Weiterentwicklung gemäß Konzept und HbbTV-Spezifikation sowie Anforderungen der auf dem deutschen Markt verbreiteten Hersteller (siehe Abschnitt "Testdevice-Setup") - Übernahme und Weiterentwicklung der Wrapper-Apps für Herstellerportale (siehe Umfang der HbbTV-Applikation) - Weiterentwicklung des Frontends sowie der HbbTV-spezifischen Middleware für neue Features und Funktionen - Weiterentwicklung der Startleiste sowie Buttoneinblendungen - Übernahme und Weiterentwicklung der HbbTV-Autostart-Applikation (ADB2/TA) - Übernahme und Weiterentwicklung der bestehenden Redaktionssysteme (CTA-Manager, Stream Events) - Instandhaltung der Legacy-Applikation - Anbindung an die entsprechende API - Ggf. Der Bereich Backend-Entwicklung und Workflows bildet das technologische Rückgrat für die digitale Berichterstattung von ZDFheute sowie für die angeschlossenen Mandanten logo.de und die ZDF-Unternehmensseite. Der Scope umfasst die Bereitstellung und Weiterentwicklung einer sicheren und performanten Infrastruktur, die eine strikte Trennung von Inhalt und Ausspielung sicherstellt. Vom Auftragnehmer werden folgende Leistungen erwartet: - CMS-Auswahl und -Implementierung: Schwerpunkt für den Auftragnehmer in diesem Los ist nach Zuschlag die Verbesserung redaktioneller Workflows. Ausgehend von einer Workflow-Analyse (Beistellung ZDF) und eigener Expertise in diesem Umfeld wird vom Auftragnehmer nach Übernahme des Bestandssystems ein Vorschlag erwartet, mit dem das ZDF die Entscheidung für ein neues CMS treffen kann. Der Vorschlag umfasst sowohl ein fachliches Konzept inkl. CMS-Shortlist als auch die finanzielle Betrachtung (Lizenzen, Anschaffung etc.) sowie ein Migrations- und Launchkonzept. Zu den aktuellen Workflows zählt ebenso die Bearbeitung und Ausspielung von Teletext-Meldungen. Der Auftragnehmer übernimmt die vorhandene Architektur und macht Vorschläge für eine mögliche technische Migration in ein neues System bzw. beschreibt ein technisches Exit-Szenario. Wenn das ZDF auf Basis dieses Konzepts eine Entscheidung getroffen hat, wird der Auftragnehmer mit der Implementierung des neuen CMS beauftragt. - Backend-Architektur: Eine skalierbare und ausfallsichere Umgebung ist in der Google Cloud Platform (GCP) zu realisieren und nach Maßgaben des ZDF-Betriebs einzurichten und fortzuentwickeln (siehe Los 2c - Betrieb ZDFheute). - Systemintegration: Die technische Kopplung mit dem zentralen ZDF-Streamingportal zum Austausch von Video-Assets und Metadaten sowie die Integration zentraler Services wie Suche (Elasticsearch), Personalisierung (P/A-Service) und Tracking (ZDFtracking/Piano) sind Bestandteil der Leistung. Der Auftragnehmer übernimmt die vorhandene Struktur und entwickelt sie in Zusammenarbeit mit dem ZDF und den gemeinsam entwickelten Maßgaben fort. - API-Bereitstellung: Entwicklung und Wartung einer hoch performanten GraphQL- oder JSON/REST-Schnittstelle, die als zentrale Datenquelle für alle Frontend-Clients dient. Außerdem wird die Bereitstellung von Katalog-Exporten immer wichtiger. Der Auftragnehmer muss hier entsprechende technische Maßnahmen vorsehen, die eine flexible Bereitstellung von Exporten bzw. Feeds zu gewährleisten
