Note: To prove the existence of this insurance, a proof (copy) of the insurance with a current validity, not older than 6 months, either at the time of submission of the offer or after subsequent request by the client as an attachment to this declaration must be submitted.

Annual turnover (minimum requirement) Form 10 "Declaration of eligibility" shall be used. Existence of a certified Information Security Management System (ISMS) (minimum requirement) A self-declaration of the existence of a certified information security management system (ISMS) in accordance with ISO 27001 or equivalent shall be provided by bidders. Note: To prove the certification, a proof (copy) with a current validity, either at the time of submission of the offer or after subsequent request by the customer, must be submitted as an attachment to this declaration.
