Technical and functional system50%
The criteria technical and functional solution will be evaluated based on a total assessment, in accordance with the requirement specification, of how well the system supports an overall course of practice, can be included in UiT ́s system landscape and it can be introduced and administered in a feasible manner.
Total price20%
The criteria price will be evaluated based on the total price for the entire delivery, including establishment, service, testing, certification and training.
Climate and environment30%
The criterium climate and environment will be evaluated based on a general assessment of the documented climate and environmental properties of the system and the operational infrastructure used for the delivery. The assessment also concerns services from external cloud and data centre suppliers. The following will be emphasised: energy efficient operation and capacity utilisation, energy supply and climate impact, utilisation of excess heat, life cycle management of hardware and concrete improvement measures in the contract period. Documented environmental advantages, achieved results and substantiated effect of binding measures give a payoff. The same environmental gains shall not be awarded several times.
