EU-wide tender for the procurement of a framework agreement for an awareness action

The bidder must provide proof of commercial general liability insurance with a coverage amount of EUR 0.5 million for personal injury and property damage. Forms that do not apply due to the specific setup of the bid (e.g., forms for bidding consortia) are not to be filled out. The bidder must submit the catalog of tender documents with their bid.

Proof of ISO 27001 certification must be submitted with the bid. The certification scope refers to the provider's ISMS. In place of certification according to ISO 27001, equivalent proof of a comparable information security management system will also be recognized. In case of doubt, the bidder must demonstrate equivalence in an appropriate manner.

The bidder must provide proof of at least two successfully completed reference projects (exclusively public clients in Germany) from the years 2022 to 2025. The reference projects must be comparable in nature, scope, and complexity to the tendered scope of services (execution of phishing simulations as well as practical experience in e-learning for customer-oriented knowledge transfer in the field of cybersecurity) (reference form must be completed). In the case of currently ongoing contracts, the term must have already lasted at least 6 months.
