Framework agreement on Java development

Annex 4, point 2: At least two appropriate reference contracts of the company from the last three years are expected contracts with a duration of 12 months or more. A reference contract shall be suitable provided that it is comparable in nature and scope to the subject-matter of the contract. Current contracts for which the comparable deliveries have been made within the last three years or less shall also be valued.

Current (not older than six months since the date of dispatch of the contract notice) Proof of the existence of a company liability insurance or a comparable insurance from a member state of the EU for personal, property and property damage with a minimum cover amount of 2.000.000,00 Euro per claim. - OR - Annex 3 point 4: If there is no corresponding insurance, the bidder will provide a self-declaration in which he confirms that a company liability insurance or a comparable insurance from a member state of the EU with a minimum amount of 2,000,000.00 euros per claim for damages to property, persons and property in the event of award of the contract is concluded and the proof thereof is provided without request and immediately after award of the contract.

- Annex 3 point 2: Company presentation (business lines, company and organisational structure, locations and branches of the company, service portfolio in relation to the subject-matter of the contract and percentage distribution of contracting entities by private sector and contracting authority); Scope: maximum three DIN A4 pages) - Current (i.e. not older than three months since the date of dispatch of the order notice) Copy of a bank statement of the bidder's house bank, showing its current financial and liquidity position - handover of a copy of the last published annual financial statement (to the extent that its publication is required by law in the country in which the bidder is established). For non-publication companies, a copy of the last balance sheet shall be submitted. The client reserves the right to request a current (i.e. not older than 3 months since the date of dispatch of the contract notice) business evaluation (BWA).
