Self-declaration in case of missing entry in the professional/commercial register (with the offer); By self-declaration: If there is no obligation to register in the professional / commercial register, the offer must be accompanied by a written note / self-declaration.

Tenderer’s self-declaration of the total turnover (Appendix 8) (with the tender); By self-declaration: self-declaration of the bidder on the total turnover in the last three financial years (2023 to 2025) (Appendix 8).

Tenderer’s self-declaration of the total turnover in the field of activity covered by the contract (Appendix 8) (with the tender); By self-declaration: self-declaration by the tenderer of the total turnover in the field of activity of the contract during the last three financial years (2023 to 2025) (Appendix 8).

Declaration on company or professional liability insurance to be concluded (with the offer; by means of self-declaration): In the event that the bidder does not have current proof of company or professional liability insurance, the bidder has to make a self-declaration that in the case of an order a corresponding insurance is concluded before the award of the contract. Proof of insurance taken out shall be provided at the time requested by the contracting authority/entity.

Declaration that the company or professional liability insurance is not terminated when the offer is submitted (with the offer); By self-declaration: Declaration that the company or professional liability insurance is not terminated when the offer is submitted.

Proof of registration in a professional register (with the offer; by means of a third-party declaration): Proof of registration in a professional register, if there is a duty to register.

Proof of registration in a commercial register (with the offer; by means of a third-party declaration): Proof of registration in a commercial register if there is a duty to register.

Proof of a company or professional liability insurance (with the offer; by means of a third-party declaration): Current proof of a company or professional liability insurance with indication of the insurance amount.

References on previous service contracts (Appendix 10-1) (With the offer; by self-declaration): The professional capacity shall be demonstrated by references to previously executed service contracts in the form of a list (Appendix 10-1) of essential services comparable to the service to be awarded during the last five years or less before the deadline for the submission of tenders (see Section A 7 of the procurement documents). It should be noted that relevant supplies or services are also taken into account which are more than three but not more than five years ago.

Subcontractor and qualifying loan (with the offer; by self-declaration): The tenderer may rely on the capacities of other undertakings and subcontractors for economic and financial, technical and professional capacity if he proves that he will have the necessary resources at his disposal for the performance of the contract. Evidence by a declaration of commitment from those undertakings.
