What the buyer wants
The tenderer shall demonstrate that the offered solution and services are fully tailored to the Belgian employment law context and to the specific needs of healthcare organizations falling under Joint Committee 330.01. The solution must support at least the applicable regulations and agreements regarding working hours, rest and recovery periods, leave, public holidays, absences, replacements, and other relevant sectoral provisions.
In addition, the solution takes into account the healthcare-specific scheduling challenges and operational requirements characteristic of the sector. Furthermore, the tenderer guarantees that future changes in Belgian laws and regulations, as well as relevant sectoral developments, will be automatically, correctly, and timely incorporated into the solution.
These adjustments will be implemented without any additional licensing, development, or implementation costs for the client and require no intervention from the client to remain compliant with applicable Belgian regulations. Minimum requirements: As proof, the tenderer shall concretely describe how the solution supports Belgian regulations and healthcare-specific scheduling needs.
In addition, the tenderer shall provide demonstrable proof of the process by which statutory and sectoral changes are automatically monitored, implemented, and made available to the client without requiring any actions on the client's part.
